All orders shipped within the Continental US (Including Hawaii and Alaska) will follow the shipping rate below:

Total order between 0.5 lb and 0.8 lb $3.25
Total order between 0.8 lb and 1 lb $4.99
Total order between 1 lb and 1.5 lb $6.75
Total order between 1.5 lb and 2 lb $8.25
Total order between 2 lb and 2.5 lb $8.75
Total order between 2.5 lb and 3 lb $9.75
Total order between 3 lb and 5 lbs $10.75
Total order between 5 lb and 10 lbs $13.25
Total order more than 10 lbs $17.25

We use United States Postal Service for all of our orders. After the completion your order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the email address that you provided. All orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Once the order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. On occasion we may use UPS for heavy orders.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to state tax laws, all orders shipped to New York addresses will be charged 8.875% tax.

For International Orders, please note that you will be responsible for any and all customs tax or fees imposed on the order by your international post office.

Return Policy

Please note that all of our products are collectible items with limited edition runs therefore all sales are final. Due to the nature of collectible art pieces, there will be slight variations on the design which only adds to the uniqueness of the item. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on non-defective merchandise and cannot issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for a different item. We will inspect all items prior to shipment to reduce the risks to you and us.

But if there is a manufacture defect, you will have 10 days to contact us at info@okidiku.com with invoice number, name, address and description of damage. We will replace your item if it’s still in stock otherwise you will be refunded.

Okidiku respects your privacy; therefore we want to inform you of our ways in which your personal information is used: We do not provide or sell any of our customers’ information to outside or third parties. Information such as name, email address, mailing address, and credit card number are necessary to process your order. Accordingly, the personal information you provide is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information (such as to reply to your request or to handle your complaint).
